Account Deletion

You can request to delete your Ainachat account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains what will be deleted, what is retained, and how to submit a deletion request.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently erase the following personal data associated with your account:

• Your account (email address, hashed password, username/name)
• Your profile data (gender, language preferences)
• All custom AI characters you created
• Your entire chat history
• Your referral/invite data

What Is Retained

For legal and accounting compliance, we retain the following in anonymized form:

• Purchase and transaction records (anonymized so they no longer identify you)
• Transaction metadata required for tax and accounting purposes

These records cannot be linked back to you and are used solely for accounting and tax compliance.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, send an email to aina@ainachat.online from the email address associated with your Ainachat account. In your email, clearly state that you request account deletion.

Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. Once processed, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
