These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ainachat ("AI Voice Chat: Ainachat") mobile and web application and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Ainachat lets you chat with AI characters by text and voice. AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes; they are not professional advice. You are responsible for how you use any output.
Your conversations are private by design: they are processed solely to generate a reply in real time, are never sold, are not shared for advertising, and are not linked to your identity or used to build a profile of you or to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and personal data at any time — see our Account Deletion page.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful or unlawful.
You may create content such as custom AI characters, prompts, and messages ("User Content"). You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to submit it. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.
New accounts may receive a one-time allowance of free trial messages, and we may run referral or invite promotions. These free benefits are intended for genuine new users — one allowance per person and device. You must not create multiple or duplicate accounts, delete and re-create accounts, refer yourself, or otherwise attempt to obtain free messages or promotional rewards you are not entitled to. To enforce this we use device, network (IP), and one-way hashed identity signals (as described in our Privacy Policy), and we may withhold or reduce free-message allowances and referral bonuses, or suspend accounts, when we detect repeat or abusive sign-ups. Paid purchases and subscriptions are not affected.
The App offers optional paid subscriptions (Pro and Premium) and one-time message packs. Payments are processed by the applicable platform — Google Play (Android), the Apple App Store (iOS), or our web payment provider (ainachat.online) — and are subject to that provider's terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ainachat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ainachat and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account as described above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
